About this sauce
Chipotle is the moody one. We take ripe peppers, give them that deep smoke, and ferment them slow until the heat settles into something round and savory instead of sharp. It’s a medium on the scale but it eats bigger than that — smoke has a way of filling a dish. This is the sauce for beans, brisket, burgers, and anything off the grill, plus a spoonful in chili or a pot of soup. Made and bottled on the farm, same as the rest.

How it's made
We grow the peppers on our five acres in the Sierra Nevada foothills, ferment them in small batches the slow way, and bottle them right here in West Point. No cooking down a vinegar base, no filler. Read how it's made →
