About this sauce
Garlic Chili is the everyday workhorse of the lineup. Loads of real garlic, foothill-grown chiles, and a slow, even heat that builds instead of bites. We ferment it in small batches so the garlic mellows into something deep and savory instead of sharp. Put it on eggs, then rice, then pizza, then everything else — this is the one that disappears fastest in our own kitchen, too.
Flavor & heat
Flavor: Savory, garlic-forward, tangy, gentle building heat.
Heat: Mild (1/5)
Best on: Eggs, tacos, rice bowls, pizza, roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
Fresno peppers, serrano peppers, Hatch peppers, jalapeño peppers, Marcioni peppers, cherry peppers, elephant garlic, Music garlic, water, salt, distilled vinegar
How it's made
We grow the peppers on our five acres in the Sierra Nevada foothills, ferment them in small batches the slow way, and bottle them right here in West Point. No cooking down a vinegar base, no filler. Read how it's made →
